The team of  social workers has extensive experience with old age and trauma, and  are continously trained and specialized in order to maximize the care and services they provide.

Inbal Shaul

Inbal has been working at the Nini Czopp Association since February 2015 and is responsible for clients in Haifa, the Krayot and the Nahariya area. She holds a BA degree in social work from the University of Haifa and has more then 20 years of experience as a social worker for the elderly. Training and further specialization: Social work with senior citizens in retirement homes and in the community (Ministry of Social Affairs) Mental well-being in old age, Eshel. Detection, prevention and treatment of abuse in retirement homes, Eshel. The older person and his family – methods of diagnosis and intervention, Eshel. Group training for social workers in nursing homes (Ministry of Health). From childhood on Inbal loves folk dancing

Dana Kalitzki Ivanir

Has been working at the Nini Czopp Association since 2012 and is responsible for clients in the Tivon area and the valleys. She holds a BA degree in social work from the Tel-Hai Academic College and has 9 years of experience as a social worker, including 6 years as a social worker for the elderly. Training and further specialization: Course "Dealing with Shoah survivors" at Eshel. Caregiver in the "snoozel room" (a multisensory environment) in Beit Izzi Shapira, Ra’anana. She is studying personal coaching with a psychological approach, at the University of Tel-Aviv. Dana loves dogs.

Yulia Rachlin Berkon

Yulia has been working at the Nini Czopp Foundation since 2016 and is responsible for clients in the Western Galilee area. She holds a BA degree for social work from the University of Haifa. Has six years of experience as a social worker. She loves sport.

Ruth Meitlis

Has been working at the Nini Czopp Association since 2011, and is responsible for clients in the vicinity of Jerusalem. She a BA degree with honors in social work from the University of Ariel and  a MA degree with honors in social work (specializing in children and family) from the University of Ariel. Ruth has 10 years of experience as a social worker for the elderly. Training and further specialization: Guidance of groups for the elderly, at the Center of Advanced Study in Sheare Zedek Hospital, the Melabev center for care of the elderly in the community. Guidance of groups, Central School of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Detection, prevention and treatment of abuse of the elderly, Center for Advanced Study, Eshel [the Association for the Development of Services for the Elderly in Israel]. Advanced leadership course, university of Ariel. Ruth loves reading.

Perach Hedvut

Has been working for the Nini Czopp Association since 2017. Charged with overall responsibility for clients residing in the Jerusalem area. Possesses an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in social work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a specialization in trauma care. Has 11 years of experience as a social worker at the Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center, five of which were spent as the coordinator of Holocaust survivor care as well as the coordinator of geriatric care.

Shahar Held Zimran

Shahar has been working at the Nini Czopp Association since 2014 and is responsible for clients in the Sharon area.  She holds a BA degree in social work, specializing in care for the elderly, from the University of Tel-Aviv and has 5 years of experience as a social worker for the elderly. Training and further specialization: She holds a diploma for management of retirement homes from the University of Ariel. Shahar loves pets and has been a vegan for several years.

Yarin Cohen

Joined Nini Czopp Association in 2017. He has a BA is Social Work from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem Professional training in gerontology at “Union of immigrants from the United States and Canada – AACI” Previous work experience: “Respect and friendship” project of the “International Fellowship of Christians and Jews” fund. Coordinator of mental health care in Jerusalem Likes sports and is a supporter of Hapo’el Jerusalem Basketball

Haya Dimant

Started working at the Nini Czopp Association in 2017 and is responsible for the customers in the center of Israel. She has a BA in Behavioral Science, College of Administration Has a BA changeover to Social work, College of Ashqelon. Has 3 years of experience working as a social worker, 5 years of experience in supporting and accompanying holocaust survivors (volunteering) About 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Previous work experience: Occupational Rehabilitation, public health association (still working there) Human Resources management, Hi-tech and Biotech company Courses: Personal training course, Momentum company Haya very much likes to sing

Sharon Has Shofti

Has been working for the Nini Czopp Association since 2017. Charged with overall responsibility for clients residing in Central Israel. Possesses an undergraduate degree in social work from Tel Aviv University and a postgraduate degree in gerontology from the University of Haifa. Has 23 years of experience as a social worker. Also possesses qualifications in the following fields: gestalt therapy, parent group facilitation, dynamic assessment and instrumental enrichment, psychodynamic therapy for the elderly.

Likes reading books and enjoys watching quality movies.

Carmit Toledano

Juridical advisor at Nini Czopp Attorney Carmit Toledano specializes in elder law and works since 2005 as the juridical advisor of an association named 'The law in the Service of the Elderly'. Since 2014 she is the director of the law clinic for the rights of the elders, at the law faculty of the University of Haifa. She also teaches in academia and in different centers for continuing educational programs about the juridical aspects of old age. Attorney Carmit Toledano completed the law program at the NIF (New Israel Fund).

Yael Amossi

Works at Nini Czopp since May 2014 and is responsible for the exhaustion of rights for holocaust survivors Education & Courses B.A. in Occupational Therapy at the University of Tel Aviv Course ESHEL-The Association for the Planning and Development of Services for the Aging in Israel: 'Living with Death - Palliative care' Course NEURO-IFRAH: 'Treatment method for patients after CVA or head injuries' Course on the basics of Occupational Therapy  , ESHEL Center, Sheba Hospital Yael loves dogs and cares for her own beloved dog, Moka

​Galit Avishar

Works at Nini Czopp since July 2013 as the administrative and projects coordinator Education B.A. in General History and in Educational management and policy at the University of Tel Aviv Group guidance and  instruction -specializing in the elderly,  Adler Institute Galit loves to wander in bookstores

Maya Frenkel-Yosef

Maya is the manager of the Nini Czopp Association She holds a BA degree in social work from the University of Haifa and a MA degree in gerontology (cum laude) from the University of Haifa. Maya has 16 years of experience as a social worker specializing in old age and trauma. Training and further specialization: Management course given by the Organization of Immigrants from Central Europe Course analysis of financial statements at the School of Commercial Management Course management of retirement homes at the University of Haifa Course management skills at the Israel Management Center Course basic principles in guiding and activation of the elderly in groups, Eshel. Leading the support group of the Alzheimer's Association, Haifa, as a volunteer. Maya loves dancing.
